First assistance event in Serbia

  • One tow with unlimited mileage, or repairs up to €83.34 at the nearest Bosch Car Service or authorised workshop when the vehicle is more than 100 km from the registered address.
  • One hotel night for passengers, transport of all passengers to the vehicle destination, and organisation of transport to another location.
  • Vehicle storage for up to 3 days and transport of a trailer.

Second assistance event in Serbia

  • One tow for up to 50 km in total, counting both directions.
  • Instead of towing, minor roadside repair or key delivery may be used within the same 50 km total limit.

Assistance in Europe and Turkey

  • Return of the vehicle to the registered address in Serbia with no mileage limit.
  • Instead, tow to the nearest workshop and repairs up to €500, including parts, labour and storage within the approved limit.
  • Minor roadside repair, with towing available if the fault cannot be resolved on site.
  • Transport for all passengers.
  • Up to 4 hotel nights, maximum €80 per night, in accommodation up to 3 stars. Hotel cover requires towing.
  • Rental car for up to 4 days, maximum €30 per day. Rental cover requires towing.
  • Onward travel by bus after a breakdown.

International assistance applies to private passenger vehicles up to 3.0 t, excluding taxis, vans, trucks and goods vehicles. Activation is available only for vehicles with Serbian registration plates.

  • Rental car for up to 4 days, maximum €30 per day.
  • Onward travel for all passengers.

Valid for registered passenger cars and light goods vehicles up to 3 t GVW, excluding vans and trucks. Choosing one additional service excludes the others. The plan is considered used after one assistance event.

Valid for registered passenger cars and light goods vehicles up to 3 t GVW, excluding vans and trucks. The plan includes one assistance event and is considered used once a primary service is provided.
